students installed a THMS Garden Company display Thursday, Jan. 12 in
the cafe at the Belfast Co-op on High Street.

The THMS Garden Company sells produce to the
Co-op that students have grown in the greenhouse, including fresh
basil, greens, Swiss chard, beet greens and other herbs.

All the proceeds are put back into the program
to pay for infrastructure needs and student-designed projects.
